    We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we’re here to help.


    Returns

    • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

      • Unused

      • In the same condition that you received it

      • In the original packaging

    Please contact us at support@thereadinghut.com before returning any item so we can issue return instructions.

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

    • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged upon arrival.


    Exchanges

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately with a photo and description so we can resolve it promptly.


    Non-returnable items

    We do not accept returns for:

    • Digital downloads

    • Custom-made or personalised items

    • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
