A5 glossy card, each show the explicitly taught grapho-phonemic correspondences on the outside but all legitimate letter sound correspondences are on the inside. These are the univerally acceptable correspondences, and align with the IPA. Even if children have different accents, refer back to these - and discuss phonology, etymology, morphology etc.

    We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we’re here to help.


    Returns

    • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

      • Unused

      • In the same condition that you received it

      • In the original packaging

    Please contact us at support@thereadinghut.com before returning any item so we can issue return instructions.

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

    • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged upon arrival.


    Exchanges

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately with a photo and description so we can resolve it promptly.


    Non-returnable items

    We do not accept returns for:

    • Digital downloads

    • Custom-made or personalised items

    • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
